INGREDIENTS:
Flour: 2 cups
Baking powder: 2 tea spoons
Oil: 2 and ½ table spoons
Caster Sugar :1 and ½ cup
Egg: 1
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Milk: ¼ cup
Vanilla essence: ½ tea spoon
METHOD:
Mix oil, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then add an egg and mix it for 10 minutes. After it add flour, baking powder and milk and knead to a smooth dough. Rest the dough for ½ an hour. Then roll out the dough and cut it doughnut cutter or a cap of a jam bottle. Keep it aside for almost 10 to 15 minutes. Deep fry them over medium heat till they become golden brown in color. For icing sprinkle caster sugar or dip into your favorite sauces or also u can put some jam on it.
