L’Oréal Pakistan, revealed Juggun Kazim as their official Brand Ambassador for their Hair and Skin Care brand Garnier, in Pakistan today.
Garnier, which launched in Pakistan in July 2009, is a brand built on the science and power of nature. Started by a young French chemist, Alfred Garnier, over a hundred years ago, when he created the world’s first hair tonic from plants, Garnier’s historical belief is deep-rooted in the now iconic motto: ‘Take Care.’
L’Oréal Pakistan CEO, Musharaf Hai, speaking about the launch of Garnier said: “Garnier’s ambition is to reach everywhere and stimulate Pakistani consumers to open their wallets.”
Garnier, which is owned by the world’s leading beauty company, L’Oréal S.A, is renowned for its wide range of quality Hair Color, Hair Care and Skin Care products. This includes Garnier Color Naturals, a range of Hair Colors that is enriched with Natural Olive Oil. Their Skin Naturals line includes Garnier Light enriched with Pure Lemon Essence and Vitamin C and Garnier Essentials infused with Vitamin E. In Hair Care, the Fructis Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Styling products enjoy ready acceptance amongst consumers in Pakistan.
In a vast country like Pakistan, with an abundance of both beauty and talent, the choice of Juggun Kazim as the Garnier Brand Ambassador is an inspired one. Juggun, who is fast becoming one of the most recognized stars in the country, is a dynamic actress and celebrated television host. Announcing Juggun’s association with Garnier, Marketing Manager for the brand, Moazzam Ali Khan said: “With her natural beauty, flair, professionalism and sense of social and civic responsibility, she is a natural choice for Garnier. The introduction of Juggun as Brand Ambassador also complements the brand’s rich global tradition of cultivating Brand Ambassadors from the world of arts, fashion and beauty.”
Speaking about her association with Garnier, Juggun Kazim has said, “…truly a pleasant surprise to be approached by one of the leading hair and skin care brands in the world to represent them in Pakistan…I feel honored and humbled by this opportunity… I knew that this would be a big step in my career. …Garnier is a brand that truly cares. The work that they have done towards supporting breast cancer is inspiring and I am so proud to be a part of their team now as this is a cause that I support as well.”
The launch of Garnier in Pakistan follows Garnier’s spirit of ‘accessible innovation’ as the brand caters to a mass customer base through an affordable price range. Garnier is currently available across Pakistan.
