Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull have announced dates for their fall co-headlining tour, with a little help. The Latin superstars enlisted some of their biggest fans on Twitter to help announce each date by tweeting their excitement for the tour, in exchange for a follow-back and private direct-message from Iglesias or Pitbull with details of the next gig.
The 15-city U.S. tour, produced by AEG, kicks off Friday Sept. 12, in Newark, New Jersey, and will run through Saturday, Oct. 22, in Hollywood, Florida. Colombian singer J Balvin will join Pitbull and Iglesias as support on all dates, which Iglesias announced with Billboard’s Leila Cobo at last week’s Latin Conference in Miami.
Citi is the tour’s official credit card, and cardmembers will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning Tuesday, May 6 at 10 a.m. EST through Citi’s Private Pass program. General on-sale begins May 9.
