Rockers Bon Jovi helped a die-hard fan carry out the perfect marriage proposal on Wednesday by agreeing to play his favourite love song during their show in Poland.
The Livin’ on a Prayer hit-makers were in the middle of their set in Gdansk when front-man Jon Bon Jovi spotted a concertgoer in the front row holding up a sign which read, “I have the ring in my pocket, I brought our families, if you play Never Say Goodbye then I’ll ask her to marry me.”
The singer obliged and launched into an acoustic version of the tune, prompting the man to get down on bended knee and pop the question to his delighted girlfriend as the entire crowd cheered and applauded.
After wrapping up the track, the front-man sent his best wishes to the happy couple from the stage, saying, “Congratulations. Good luck!”
