Country star and actor Billy Ray Cyrus‘ divorce is back on – his wife Tish has filed papers to end their union, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple has been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including pop superstar and actress Miley Cyrus.
Tish has requested full physical and legal custody of the pair’s only minor daughter, Noah, who is 13.
Billy Ray kicked off divorce proceedings three years ago, but the couple quickly reconciled and pledged to work on the marriage.
According to sources, Tish is also asking for spousal support and she wants her now-estranged husband to pay her attorney’s fees.
