Katy Perry poked fun at her forlorn love life during a TV guest spot on Monday night (21Apr14) when she took on a superfan in a quiz game based on herself.
The pop star learned that copywriter Emily had been forced to take down her “Katy Perry Wall” by her boyfriend during the appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and then confirmed she’s still single after splitting from boyfriend John Mayer.
When host Kimmel quipped to Emily, “So you chose him over Katy,” Perry said, “At least you have a boyfriend!”
Emily beat the Dark Horse singer 5-3 and won her idol’s personal pillow, which she had signed.
