Remember that time in July that Kanye West lunged at a cameraman at LAX? (Watch It Here) Well, now that incident could land the rapper and new dad up to a year in jail.
Its reported that West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for the alleged attack on July 19. Apparently the attack left the photo-tag badly injured and lawyer to the stars Gloria Allred has been hired to rep the man.
If convicted of both misdemeanors, Yeezy could see the slammer for up to a year. He’s due in court on Oct. 10, just weeks after another Kardashian dude, Lamar Odom, faces DUI charges.
