In a recent magazine interview, Jennifer Aniston sat down to talk candidly about life and love, and look back at how she handled relationships in her younger years.
“Go to therapy,” Aniston revealed when asked what she would have changed in her 30s. “Clean up all the s–t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self.”
If you will recall, in her 30s Aniston underwent a highly public divorce to Brad Pitt after five years of marriage.
The 44-year-old actress, who is now engaged to actor Justin Theroux, continued: “You can undo a lot of things,” she said. “If you’re not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice. That’s the thing I really feel. Like with friends who refuse to get happy, who refuse to rise above the place where they’re at.”
