Three of music’s biggest names have teamed up for a new collaborative track: “FourFiveSeconds” is the new single from Rihanna featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney.
The acoustic ballad hears Macca strumming along on guitar as Yeezy and Rihanna reflect on life’s ups and downs. “Woke up an optimist, sun was shining I’m positive/ Then I heard you was talkin’ trash/ Hold me back I’m bout’ to spaz,” Kanye croons. Listen at Rihanna’s website. It’s also available for purchase on iTunes.
Presumably “FourFiveSeconds” serves as the first track from Rihanna’s as-yet-unannounced eighth studio album. It also marks the second collaboration between West and McCartney. The two previously teamed up for “Only One”.
