Exactly one day after his rep confirmed the end of his engagement to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth was photographed kissing former child star Eiza González outside her apartment in Beverly Hills.
González, already a star in her native Mexico, recently moved to California to work in American films. According to reports, she and Hemsworth are not longtime pals but “just met” in Las Vegas over the weekend, where Liam was in town to catch the Mayweather-Canelo boxing match.
‘Miley Cyrus is still in denial,’ according to a source. ‘Everyone around her is worried this could have a really bad effect on her.’
Another insider told the media that Miley was telling friends that Liam ‘loved her’ right up until they announced their break-up on Monday, and has already been begging him to take her back.
‘She texts him so much, especially super late at night,’ the source said. ‘His friends joke about it. Liam doesn’t want to be mean – but he wants to be single.’
