Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, visited his Ghajini co-star the late Jiah Khan’s home to express his deep remorse and condolences this morning.
He said “I wish I’d known that she was troubled and needed help. I’m pained to hear this tragic news.”
He was accompanied by his wife Kiran Rao who is a Bollywood producer. Early in Jiah’s career people had speculated that she was Aamir’s step-sister because her mother Rabiya Khan had acted in movies and was close with Aamir Khan’s father, Tahir Hussien.
Jiah had rubbished those rumours immediately saying, “This is completely untrue and utter rubbish. To be frank I don’t know much about my father and I have never asked my mother about him. All I know is that he was an American.”
