Justin Bieber’s security guards have been accused of battery after an alleged bust-up with a photographer in Florida.
An unidentified photographer has filed a battery report with police, alleging he was assaulted by Bieber’s minders while trying to photograph the singer skateboarding in a parking lot in Miami.
The photographer claims two of the pop star’s security guards approached him and tried to grab his camera and remove the memory card. He has also accused one of the bodyguards of choking him.
It is unknown when the alleged incident occurred, but according to reports, the case is being handed to the State Attorney’s office for review.
