Spice Girls Reunite!
The Spice Girls are back — or at least they were last night during the closing ceremonies of the 2012 Olympic games. Making a grand entrance in glitzy taxi cabs, the all-time best-selling girl group performed hit songs “Wannabe” and “Spice Up Your Life,” even performing on top of the taxis around Olympic Stadium. The British group, who formed in 1994 and rose to worldwide fame in 1996 with the release of “Wannabe,” previously reunited for a tour in 2007.
